Abstract

Soybean is a widely grown food crop in the world. Soybeans are increasingly in demand as a raw material for the food and non-food industries. The creation of varieties by hybridizing several excellent varieties requires the creation of soybean varieties with better characteristics than their parent varieties. Before hybridizing plants, it is necessary to know in advance the characteristics of the plants selected for hybridization. The objective of this study was to analyze the heritability (hp) of valuable economic traits of hybrid F1 generations obtained by crossing 6 varieties in 10 combinations.
